All our products are backed by a 30 day moneyback guarentee. If you're at all unsatisfied with the Adblock Stick, simply contact our support team, and they'll be more than happy to help.

DEFECTS, MISSING SHIPMENTS, & LOST ITEMS

Order not received

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days, please contact us. In cases of a lost or stolen Adblock Stick, will ship a free replacement.

Lost device

If your Adblock Stick is lost at any time during your subscription period, contact us and we'll mail a free replacement.

Replacing a defective device

If your device doesn’t work correctly, contact us and we’ll work together to figure out a solution. We'll either ship a replacement product, or issue a full refund (depending on what scenario is best for you).
